Members

To access all of the features within the PHN Exchange, you first need to sign up as a Member.

Sign up to the PHN Exchange

  1. Go to PHN Exchange.
  2. Select your PHN and click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Sign In under the Account section on the left navigation menu.
    1. If you have a Microsoft account:
      1. Click SIGN IN WITH MICROSOFT.

      2. Success! You have finished Sign Up to the PHN Exchange.
    2. If you do not have a Microsoft account:
      1. Enter your details into the Sign up with new email form.
      2. Click the I'm not a robot checkbox.
      3. Click the REGISTER button and in two minutes you will recieve an email to confirm your account.
        Please also check your junk inbox.
      4. Click the CONFIRM REGISTRATION button in the sent email.
      5. Success! You have finished Sign Up to the PHN Exchange.

Sign in to the PHN Exchange

  1. Go to PHN Exchange.
  2. Select your PHN and click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Sign In under the Account section on the left navigation menu.
    1. If you have a Microsoft account:
      1. Click SIGN IN WITH MICROSOFT.

      2. Success! You have finished Sign In to the PHN Exchange.
    2. If you do not have a Microsoft account:
      1. Enter your details into the Sign in with existing email form.
      2. Click the SIGN IN button.
      3. A code will be sent to your e-mail, check the email and enter the code as required (two-factor authentication).
      4. Success! You have finished Sign In to the PHN Exchange.

Resending confirmation email

  1. Go to PHN Exchange.
  2. Select your PHN and click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Sign In under the Account section on the left navigation menu.
  4. In the popup menu scroll down and under the Sign up with new email form and click RESEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
  5. A new popup window will appear, enter your email address.
  6. Click the I'm not a robot checkbox.
  7. Click the SEND button and in two minutes you will recieve an email to confirm your account.

  8. Click the CONFIRM REGISTRATION button in the sent email.
  9. Success! You have finished Resending confirmation email.

Reset your password

  1. Go to PHN Exchange.
  2. Select your PHN and click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Sign In under the Account section on the left navigation menu.
  4. In the popup menu under the Sign in with existing email password field, click Forgotten your password?.
  5. A new popup window will appear, enter your email address.
  6. Click the I'm not a robot checkbox.
  7. Click the SEND button and in two minutes you will recieve an email to reset your password.
    Please also check your junk inbox.
  8. Click the RESET PASSWORD button in the sent email.
  9. Enter your new password details in the webpage you get redirected to and click UPDATE.
  10. Success! You have finished Reset your password.

Update your password (not available for users registered with a Microsoft account)

  1. Go to PHN Exchange.
  2. Select your PHN and click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Sign In under the Account section on the left navigation menu.
  4. Enter your details into the Sign in with existing email form.
  5. Click the SIGN IN button.
  6. Click on My Details, on the left menu, under Account.
  7. Success! You have finished Sign In to the PHN Exchange.
